The speaker will be Sofia Nelson, Planning Director for the City of Georgetown, and will address the challenges of ‘A Vision for a Rapidly Growing Community.’ Discussion will include developing a Master Plan, elements which need to be considered when planning and implementing this master plan for decades at a time, and the considerations of rapid and unprecedented growth on the administration of the plan.
